Flow Panel has a substrate made from E0 MDF, reinforced with a galvanized steel backing, resulting in a total thickness of approximately 8mm. The board’s magnetic strength is exceptional, with anisotropic magnets offering a pull force of 40 grams per square centimetre. Mounted on 13mm compact laminate pads made from repurposed offcut materials, these pads align perfectly with our commitment to eco-friendly practices.
Maximum width of the panels is 1180mm. Maximum height of the panels is 3580mm. There is no limit on the amount of panels that can be joined together to form the full size whiteboard.
The edges of the whiteboard can be painted in any colour specified. Black is recommended and standard as it disguises any over runs of ink.
These whiteboards do not have a frame.
1 – Install magnets on the wall in positions that are specified on plans.
2 – Lift the whiteboard into place and make sure that it is plumb when it is located in it’s final position.
3 – Repeat with remaining panels.
To aid in ease of handling the larger panels a suction glass lifter is a great tool to help hold the panel in position while trying to line it up correctly.
